| One of our supervisors will visit you regularly to discuss the service that we provide you and to agree a care plan. This is an opportunity for you to discuss any aspect of our service with us. The assessment visit will cover the following areas:- A full risk assessment A medical profile social profile A daily needs assessment And the personal views and ideas of you and your family will be more than welcome. We conduct regular satisfaction surveys; this is where we ask you for your opinion on our service. Over the years we have learnt a great deal from this feedback including the importance of carer continuity, reliability, punctuality as well as staff being trained and knowledgeable.
