One of our monitoring
standards officers will visit you regularly to discuss the service that
we provide you and to agree a care plan. This is an opportunity for you
to discuss any aspect of our service with us. You may contact our office
at anytime to discuss your needs.
The assessment visit will
cover the following areas:-
A full risk assessment.
A medical profile social
profile.
A daily needs
assessment.
The personal views and
ideas of you and your family will be more than welcome.
We conduct regular
satisfaction surveys; this is where we ask you for your opinion on our
service. Over the years we have learnt a great deal from this feedback
including the importance of carer continuity, reliability, punctuality
as well as staff being trained and knowledgeable.
