Our philosophy is to treat our service users as individuals respecting their right to freedom of choice privacy and confidentially.
We aim to offer a service that is a service user person centred holistic support, involving service users and their family in the planning implementation and evaluation of that support.
We are registered and regulated by the Care Inspectorate to provide Care at Home and Housing Support services.
All our staff work to the standards published within the Codes of Practice for Social Care workers as published by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
We aim to offer a flexible and professional service that is tailored to the individual service users requirements, whilst respecting a service user’s right to access a service that realises individual potential, equality and diversity, privacy, dignity, safety, independence and choice in line with the National Care Standards for Care at Home and Housing Support services
Aims and objectives of our Company
- To Support our service user to remain safe and independent at home for as long as they choose to do so.
- To provide a service that promotes equality and diversity and does not discriminate either directly or indirectly against a service user on the grounds of race, nationality, language, religion, political or personal beliefs, age, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or social standing.
- To provide a service that offers choice, is person centred, flexible and responds to the changing needs of the individual.
- To ensure our service users are provided with a service that meets all regulatory requirements and is underpinned by the National Care Standards.
