Hazelhead Homecare Ltd, was first established in 1995 from a small office located at the rear of our Care home “Hazelhead House” in Carluke South Lanarkshire. As one of the first independent Care at Home and Housing Support service providers, we formed our company because of the growing demand for Care and Support services to be provided in peoples own home rather than in a residential setting.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to treat our service users as individuals respecting their right to freedom of choice privacy and confidentially.

We aim to offer a service that is a service user person centred holistic support, involving service users and their family in the planning implementation and evaluation of that support.

We are registered and regulated by the Care Inspectorate to provide Care at Home and Housing Support services.
All our staff work to the standards published within the Codes of Practice for Social Care workers as published by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
